The application materials will be reviewed by the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors, and, upon their recommendation, will be voted on by the general membership of MOLA at the annual conference in the spring.
Applications received by April 12, 2025 will be reviewed and put to a vote by the current membership at the 2025 conference. Applications submitted after that date will be reviewed and voted on by membership at the following annual conference.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of voting shortly after the annual conference and if the application for membership has been successful. Please see the conference page of our website for conference dates.

MOLA dues are the same for all orchestras and organizations; annual dues are $300.00 (USD). Do not send payment with application. If accepted for membership, your organization will be invoiced for payment after the conference. Current MOLA members can pay their dues on the Dues page.
Please also note that all MOLA members are expected to abide by our Code of Conduct.
